I can’t recommend Marari Dreamz highly enough. After a week of traveling across Rajasthan, we spent three nights here—and it was easily the highlight of our trip to India. From the start, Allwyn was incredibly communicative and thoughtful. Even before we arrived, he helped arrange airport transportation and shared curated recommendations that made planning effortless. His attention to detail really set the tone for our stay. The property itself is stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and surrounded by lush greenery. Every detail feels intentional, from the tranquil pools to the thoughtful amenities like books, bikes for exploring town, and even bug spray. It’s the kind of place where you’ll find yourself wanting to spend most of your time simply enjoying the space. What truly makes Marari Dreamz special, though, are the people. Allwyn and Jency are exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay memorable. (They’re even featured in Gathering Rosebuds in Kerala by Peter Billingham, which is well worth a read.) Allwyn organized unforgettable experiences for us, including a rooftop yoga session at their sister property—practicing yoga surrounded by the woods of Marari was magical—and a day trip to Alleppey to explore the backwaters with locals, which was another standout moment of our trip. His recommendations also helped us discover more authentic, non-touristy aspects of the area. Jency’s cooking deserves special mention. The breakfasts and dinners were consistently outstanding, and getting to observe her and her team prepare a meal was a truly memorable experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone staying here. All in all, this was an exceptional stay and the highlight of our travels. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone at Marari Dreamz for such a special experience, and we hope to return someday !
